Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers the website ytmp3x.app, the pages you read in your browser. Our apps and add-ons have their own policies: the Android app privacy policy and the Chrome add-on privacy policy.

1. Who we are

ytmp3x.app is run by the YTMP3X team (ZENITH HUB, the publisher of the YTMP3X apps). For any question about this policy, write to privacy@ytmp3x.app.

2. What you do not have to give us

• There is no account, no login and no sign-up form on this website.
• We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or payment details.

3. Server logs

Like almost every website, our server writes a short log line for each request: the time, the page asked for, your IP address, your browser and device type as your browser reports them, and the page you came from. We use these logs to keep the site running, to find errors and to stop abuse. They are deleted after 7 days.

The box on the home page where you paste a link does not convert anything on this website. When you press the button, your browser is sent to our web converter at youtubetomp3x.com with the link you pasted, so that link appears in the log line for that request. The converter's own privacy policy, at youtubetomp3x.com/privacy, covers what happens there.

4. No advertising

This website shows no ads. It loads no advertising scripts, sets no advertising cookies, and shares nothing about your visit with ad networks.

5. Other services the pages load

• Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Every request passes through it, and it may set a short-lived security cookie to tell people from bots. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser asks Google's servers for the font files, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. See the Google privacy policy.

We do not run analytics or tracking scripts of our own on this website.

6. What your browser remembers

On Android phones, a small banner suggests our Android app. If you close it, your browser remembers that for a while in its own local storage, so the banner stays away. This stays on your device; it is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

7. Links to app stores and other sites

The buttons on this website open Google Play, the Microsoft Store, the Chrome Web Store and other add-on stores, and our converter at youtubetomp3x.com. Once you are on one of those sites, its own privacy policy applies.

8. Email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we keep them as long as the conversation needs. We never sell or share them for marketing.

9. Children

This website is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Your choices and rights

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them.
• You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to privacy@ytmp3x.app. Because the logs hold no names and are deleted after 7 days, there is usually nothing older than that to find.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and replace the text at https://ytmp3x.app/privacy.
